The Work Programme is based on coordinated
long and short term perspectives. Crucial concern with
documentaion and analysis of policy regimes is also reflected in the work programme.
Institutional arrangements include the development of (i) a research
library (ii) the development intelligence unit to monitor and analyse the indices of development
on a regular and periodic basis. The research, training and outreach activities will also be
permanent functions of the center.

These research findings will therefore be disseminated through training and outreach.
They are enjoined to ensure that the four perspectives: economic, socio-political, technological
