::: Development Policy Center is an International and Interdiciplinary Center for Development Policy and Investment Climate Analysis with the Mandate to help Improve Public Policy Design and Development Management :::

 Since the Development Policy Center will serve the objective of creating a forum for eminent scholars, researchers and practitioners at all levels of the economy to delebrate on development issues, it is not constrained by ideological considerations. It has charted for itself the important role of ensuring that all shades of views are given the opportunity to be aired and that policy makers are provided with up-to-date and automotive information generated from competent analysis.

DPC is organised to, among others,

  1. undertake research and analysis with a view to enhancing and building capacity for policy analysis and development management.
  2. Organise training and outreach programmes that will ensure the upgrading of skills, so that people from all spheres of life can participate more effectively in the development process.
  3. Set up and maintain first rate research library catering for the various aspects of development policy research.
  4. Disseminate research results of interest to both government and private sectors.
  5. Develop linkages and networking that will enhance and ensure the fullfilment of its objectives.
